Marisa and Kaitlyn are well versed in the relationships between the core, pelvic floor, proper breathing, & how those impact our strength and abilities. You will gain multiple “tools for your tool bag” to manage pain, tension, & the simplest way to optimize your core stability through your daily tasks. Katilyn & Marisa will emphasize movements you can do with minimal to no equipment to start building stability & strength for health & healing.

You will learn tips you can practice in your own home on a typical day, and a peek into the kinds of programs we can offer you, including Postpartum Physical Therapy, postural assessment, personalized exercise programs, & nutrition education. You will also receive a downloadable resource with some additional information to help you with your postpartum journey.
